The original title of this song was Wrote at Chris'. In the winter of 2000, my good friend Chris Cameron convinced me to not only put on a solo bass recital, but write at least three new pieces of music for it. This was one of them, written on a Hohner Acoustic-Electric Bass on Chris' couch at his house on Maple St. Chris passed away unexpectedly in the fall of 2021; this song is lovingly dedicated to that amazing human being and the impact he continues to have on my life.
